Liquid incense, often called herbal liquid or herbal e-liquid, is a concentrated method of herbal extracts which can be vaporized and inhaled. It is typically made from a combination of normal herbs, vegetation, and botanicals infused with synthetic cannabinoids or other psychoactive substances.
